Museum-in-a-Box

Loans for schools

School groups are always welcome in the museum, but we know it is not always practical to arrange a visit, so now the museum can come to you. Loan boxes are free of charge and available to borrow for up to 4 weeks.

Each box comes with comprehensive teaching notes plus resources for games and craft activities.

Contents include:

real historic objects
historic replicas
reproduction artworks
photographs
